You (the “Participant”) have been invited by Kepler Cheuvreux to access the Autumn Conference 2024 (the “Event”).
The Participant undertakes that access to the Event is granted on a personal basis and that access shall not be shared with any third party.
The Event is not an offer or solicitation from Kepler Cheuvreux to buy or sell the product which is described in it.
The access to the Event is confidential and the Content shall not be reproduced or recorded in its totality nor partially without prior written consent from Kepler Cheuvreux
Kepler Cheuvreux does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of information disclosed during the Event and does not accept any liability with respect to the accuracy or completeness of such Event except to the extent required by applicable law. Kepler Cheuvreux does also not warrant and does not accept any liability with respect to the organisation and the content of the Event.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability whatsoever is accepted for any direct or consequential loss, damages, costs or prejudices whatsoever arising from the access of or linked to the Event.
The Content is the intellectual property of Kepler Cheuvreux or of the presenters.
By accessing the Event, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that Kepler Cheuvreux processes private data and use cookies or other tracers exclusively for the following purposes
- Recording, production and provision of the Event ;
- Coordination with external provider companies that assist Kepler Cheuvreux in the organization and production of the Event ;
- Analysis of the viewership and readership of the Event ;
- Marketing analysis and commercial strategy refining.
By accessing the Event, the Participant also acknowledges and accepts that Kepler Cheuvreux may share its personal viewership data with the speakers whose presentations have been viewed by Participant during the Event.
The Participant’s personal data will not be disclosed to any third parties, with the exception of our partners with whom a contract has been signed in compliance with any applicable regulation relating to the processing of personal data and in particular with European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the "GDPR").
